Solitude and Interaction...
We want you to have a retreat that is tailored to meet your needs. Some women come to the cabin because they need a place to get away by themselves and be quiet and some come because they want some solitude along with someone to talk and pray with. I’ll be here to serve and help you get the rest that you need.

I want to offer you three types of retreats –
24 hours of total solitude
Solitude for the majority of your visit, but one that would include some conversation and prayer; possibly have our evening meal together.
A 24- hour retreat that would include some Spiritual Direction. (We have a trained woman who is gifted as a spiritual director. (She charges $35 per hour.) I can arrange for her to visit sometime during your 24 hour stay.

You are welcome to take a walk along the edge of the pond near the cabin or grounds of the property. Depending on the weather the porch is a wonderful place to read and relax.

Accommodations:

You have a private room on the 2nd floor with a twin bed, a desk and a comfortable chair. There is also a loft for you for reading if that is more comfortable for you. (Bedding and bathroom linen is provided.)


Food:

There will be food to satisfy your pallet. All meals are included. A hot evening meal will be prepared for you & it will be set out in the kitchen. If I am around eating dinner in the dining room you’re more than welcome to join me or you can take your meals to your room if you prefer the solitude.


Donation:

The suggested donation for a one-night 24-hour stay is $40- $60.
